The Swedish Quaternary Association (SWEDQUA) is part of the Swedish National Committee for Geology within the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences (KVA). Sweden is a member of the International Union for Quaternary Research (INQUA) and SWEDQUA is a national organization of professional Quaternary scientists directed by the Swedish INQUA committee.
